Leadership isn’t just about strategy and execution—it’s about self-awareness, adaptability, and connection. At Empowered Practices, our corporate coaching is designed to help leaders and teams unlock their full potential by understanding who they are, how they operate, and how they can grow; so they may lead with purpose and authenticity. Through coaching, leaders are empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes in their own lives as well as the people and organizations they serve.
At the heart of our coaching process is the Five Lens Enneagram Assessment and Report. Our coaching process is insight-driven, practical, and results-focused. Each session is tailored to the individual or team’s unique needs and follows a structured yet flexible approach:
This 1- or 2-day immersive team process is designed to strengthen relationships, enhance team cohesion, and improve overall team function. Through guided discussions and interactive exercises, we work through team dynamics in real time, ensuring both leaders and team members gain a deeper awareness of how they operate together.
Using the Five Lens Enneagram model to integrate individual profiles for a team specific process, we explore each member’s natural team role, the team’s collective behavioral patterns (culture), key strengths, blind spots, and areas for growth. The process concludes with clear, actionable steps for both individuals and the team to create lasting alignment and effectiveness.
For teams facing more complex dynamics that impact effectiveness, an extended developmental process is often necessary. Building on insights from the 1- or 2-day Team Discovery Process (TDP), this next phase provides ongoing corporate coaching or a series of targeted skill-building workshops to ensure sustained learning and transformation.
The Five Lens skills modules are determined based on the team’s unique needs, while the workbooks integrate each individual’s profile into a personalized learning journey, as to equip teams with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors they need to work more effectively now and in the evolving world of work.
In this module we explore a particular trust model that identifies the contributing factors leading to various levels of trust. The Enneagram styles are also considered in terms of their relationship to trust. The module includes interactions to elevate team trust.
This module expands on what Resilience actually is and its relationship to stress. We look at the causes of stress, how stress affects people, including the various Enneagram styles and consider practical ways to increase personal and collective Resilience in the team.
Conflict will inevitably occur in any relationship. The challenge is knowing how to navigate it effectively such that the relationship is built rather than damaged. This module explores how different Enneagram styles can sometimes clash and includes ways to practically engage conflict.
The ability to skilfully offer and receive feedback is a vital component in team and individual performance. The module shows how the delivery of feedback can be adjusted appropriately when offered to and delivered by the various Enneagram styles.
This covers the skills required so team members can assist each other 1-on-1 to solve problems or deal with challenges. It’s not about solving the problem for the other person, but it is about using a structured conversation designed to help a colleague find solution for themselves.
This module expands the Thinking Partner approach to involve the whole team working together to solve real-time business or team challenges. We draw on the work of Nancy Kline and get the team to practice this approach
to tackle current challenges.
