Our coaching process begins with the Five Lens Enneagram Assessment, which offers a comprehensive view of where an individual is in their personal and professional journey. The assessment helps individuals and leaders deepen their awareness of their level of personal mastery, emotional resilience, motivations, decision-making patterns, and default behaviours that influence relationships and performance.
