I believe that we all have the capacity to solve our own problems. Everything that we need to heal and grow, lives within us. My role as a Coach is to inspire and empower my clients to practice self-acceptance, to offer themselves grace & compassion, to live bravely & authentically, to break cycles, and transform their life.
I've navigated a challenging path myself, where I previously lacked the emotional resilience for facing obstacles. I embarked on my own healing journey and now confidently know that I am capable of overcoming life's inevitable and unavoidable challenges. I am always learning, healing, and exploring the dusty corners of myself, and I continue to deepen my own sense of worth and self-belief on a daily basis. I believe I am well traveled in the world of self-belief and self-empowerment. This, I feel is what offers my clients a relatable and human coaching experience.
I am qualified with the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP) and registered with the Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners (ASCHP). My license number is HC2019/387.
Skills Facilitator
Facilitation and workshops, as well as corporate coaching energizes me the most. I come from a family of teachers and I have always wanted to be one myself. I found that I did not need to be a traditional teacher, and instead could impart wisdom in the field of self-development through facilitating workshops. I am passionate about the areas of Emotional Intelligence, Relationship Management, Leading Teams, Leadership, Communication, Entrepreneurship, and Personal Growth.
I believe that we learn best when we are observing, engaging, and solving problems. My workshops are dynamic, vibrant, and energetic. I am excellent at creating a learning environment that is fun, simple, relatable, and meaningful to all participants.
Motivational Speaker
As a young girl I dreamed of being just like motivational speaker, Tony Robbins. When I am on stage, sharing my story or empowering others, I am living my childhood dream and shining as my most authentic self. Motivating, inspiring, and empowering audiences brings with it purpose, meaning, and fulfilment.
My talks leave audiences feeling inspired to create change in the areas of their life where they feel stuck. I empower them by imparting lessons learnt from my own brave journey through life and business. And I share tools, insights, and resources that are stepping stones for transformation.
I have been a Toastmaster since 2018. I have served on the Executive Committee of my Toastmasters Club every year since I joined. Being a member of Toastmasters has played a significant role in my development as a speaker and a leader.
