John C. Maxwell
I help leaders and individuals uncover their true selves and harness their inner strengths to lead with purpose and authenticity. Through my coaching, I inspire a culture of self-awareness, empathy, and resilience, empowering clients to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives and the organizations they serve.
With the support of the Enneagram Assessment, I offer coaching and training interventions designed to develop individuals, teams, and leaders toward their highest personal and professional potential.
The Five Lens Enneagram is a highly effective people development tool and intervention for optimising your team's performance and effectiveness. This intervention helps build high performing teams that are resilient and effectively able to perform in high pressured environments.
Answering the questionnaire, and the resulting report and debrief will give individuals valuable insight into themselves, their level of Personal Mastery, their level of Resilience, Social Drives, Energy Centres, and help them understand their style/pattern of behaviour through the Enneagram.
They will understand their own behaviour better, have a much deeper understanding of where they are in their personal development journey, and identify some areas for growth.
Coaching is a highly individualized intervention. It can be extremely effective with the use of the Five Lens Assessment and Debriefing. We are able to focus on the areas of development in the individual report and furthermore, the team member can be coached to align with the objectives of the team itself bringing about needs-appropriate outcomes. As a coach, I provide committed expertise, bringing insight, perspective, and a growth mindset to the coaching relationship.
This process is aimed at having a deepened awareness of the Team. This includes understanding colleagues’ natural team roles (based on the Enneagram), the overall Team Profile (based on the FIVE LENS models) showing dominant behavioural patterns (team culture), likely team strengths, possible blind spots, areas for growth, and the team’s overall stage of development based on Tuckman’s team stage model. The Team Discovery Process ends with action items for individuals and the team.
One way of achieving sustainability of learning is to work developmentally with a team after the Team Discovery Process (TDP) in corporate coaching or a series of one-day skill-building workshops. Determining which skill(s) the team requires is initially based on output from a TDP. The FIVE LENS skills modules integrate individual profiles into personalised, unique learning journeys to build knowledge, skills & behaviours required to be effective now and in the future world of work.
