With the use of the unmatched Five Lens Model, our team development offering includes two distinct, yet complementary experiences designed to help teams build awareness, connection, and cohesion. Both processes are uniquely designed for each team, with workbooks, guides, and facilitation customised to suit the team’s profile, dynamics, and goals.
Each process is contextually designed for the team. All members, including the leader, complete the Enneagram Assessment, generating team-specific insights and guidelines for building Healthy High Performance unique to that team.


The Team Discovery Process is a one-day process for new teams or those with a new leader or members. It focuses on helping team members understand one another, build awareness of collective strengths, and establish a foundation for effective communication, collaboration, and trust.
For teams with conflict or a challenging team dynamic, the two-day Team Performance Process followed by customised team skills workshops might be better suited.

The Team Performance Process is a two-day facilitated journey for teams that may be navigating challenges such as conflict, lack of trust, or low psychological safety. This process creates a safe and constructive environment for teams to explore relational dynamics, deepen understanding, and work collaboratively to rebuild trust and alignment. Together, we establish common goals and practical action plans that set the foundation for a continuous development journey where teams can perform effectively and thrive through change.

In this module we explore a particular trust model that identifies the contributing factors leading to various levels of trust. The Enneagram styles are also considered in terms of their relationship to trust. The module includes interactions to elevate team trust.

This module expands on what Resilience actually is and its relationship to stress. We look at the causes of stress, how stress affects people, including the various Enneagram styles and consider practical ways to increase personal and collective Resilience in the team.

Conflict will inevitably occur in any relationship. The challenge is knowing how to navigate it effectively such that the relationship is built rather than damaged. This module explores how different Enneagram styles can sometimes clash and includes ways to practically engage conflict.

The ability to skilfully offer and receive feedback is a vital component in team and individual performance. The module shows how the delivery of feedback can be adjusted appropriately when offered to and delivered by the various Enneagram styles.

This covers the skills required so team members can assist each other 1-on-1 to deal with challenges. It’s not about solving the problem for the other person, but about using a structured conversation designed to help find a solution for themselves.

This module expands the Thinking Partner approach to involve the whole team working together to solve real-time business or team challenges. We draw on the work of Nancy Kline and get the team to practice this approach to tackle current challenges.
